ABOUT
Over forty years in general practice leaves me in an ideal position to provide welfare focused care for a wide range of species. Whilst Wildlife and Zoo based clinical practice take centre stage I continue to work on welfare cases for various organisations providing legal support from a clinical examination and care through to expert witness opinion in court.
As a DEFRA Official Veterinarian I am qualified to assist in the export and import of a wide range of species including Pets.

Local Government advice and attendance for Breeding Establishments, Pet Shops, DWA licenses etc.
Export and Import Certification of most species as an Official Veterinarian for Defra
Remote immobilisation of all species
Consultancy advice to small Zoos and Petting Farms including Escape management and "dart" training.

Colleagues are welcome to seek support or help in :-.
Capture or control of uncooperative animals including Dogs and Horses.
Dealing with unusual species or situations
Attendance at wildlife incidents where the practice is otherwise occupied
